Through my residency, I am engaging Kitchener residents in a conversation about simple actions anyone can take to address climate change. To inspire people to think about what they can do to help, I’ve created a series of mosaics depicting four climate actions: using renewable energy and conserving energy, eating less meat, walking instead of driving, and planting a rain garden. Come see these mosaics and others, learn more about climate change, and get inspired to make your own climate action commitment.
An opening reception / meet-the-artist event will be held on August 3, 5pm-7pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
